He’s so tough on terror that he’s proposing “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the U.S.â€â€”remarks that have been met with worldwide condemnation.
In Britain alone, Prime Minister David Cameron described the comments as “divisive, unhelpful, and quite simply wrong,†while Boris Johnson, mayor of London, drolly added: “The only reason I wouldn’t go to some parts of New York is the real risk of meeting Donald Trump.†At home, even the Tea Party is turning on him.
Well, guess what? Trump. Doesn’t. Care. That’s how tough on terrorism Trump is.
Which makes it all the more curious that while the Republican presidential frontrunner is now proposing to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S. because they might be terrorists, Trump was a pivotal figure in a March 1995, $200-a-plate fundraiser at New York City’s Essex House hotel for the Irish Republican Army’s political wing, Sinn Féin, where the guest of honor was that organization’s best-known figure, Gerry Adams.'

Obama, Ayers, and PLO supporters toast Edward Said’s successor, but the press doesn’t think it’s quite as newsworthy as Sarah Palin’s wardrobe. Let’s try a thought experiment. Say John McCain attended a party at which known racists and terror mongers were in attendance. Say testimonials were given, including a glowing one by McCain for the benefit of the guest of honor … who happened to be a top apologist for terrorists. Say McCain not only gave a speech but stood by, in tacit approval and solidarity, while other racists and terror mongers gave speeches that reeked of hatred for an American ally and rationalizations of terror attacks. Now let’s say the Los Angeles Times obtained a videotape of the party...
So, the left’s favorite terrorists are now the boogey man they are using against Trump? I can easily remember the day everyone from that side of the aisle fawned all over that group because they got to be close to the Kennedy’s when they did. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Mate, I have no axe to grind either way, I think this story should make people stop and ask questions though.
Everytime I see such pathological attacks on Trump it makes me want to see him win even more and I’m a Cruz guy. Trump is being attacked on all sides by those who have failed. The Washington DC elite political class on the left and right who have failed to budget (19 trillion in debt), failed to win wars, and refuse to secure the nation’s(border security, migrant restrictions, screening for terrorists). We have the conservative media types who have continued to fail us by parroting left wing premises and corporatist internationalist bs even now we hear so called Republicans saying “this is not who are” to the simple idea of restricting Muslim immigration which is basically saying “who we are” is a bunch of chumps happily strapped into a train car headed for cultural and national suicide and these bastards are really pissed off that their gravy train is being interrupted by Donald Trump and Ted Cruz who they fear more than Hillary Clinton because she of course will not upset their pleasant ride on the way to Apocalypse.
It dosent bother any of you that a man crusading against Islamic terrorism was quite happy to support other terrorists who murdered and maimed thousands of men, women and children?.
