Excerpt:
A large number of propane tanks have been reported stolen from several locations is Independence and Lee`s Summit.
At the end of November, a BP gas station in Lee`s Summit reported 18-20 propane tanks stolen from the outside cages. That same night the CVS on Southwest 3rd Street reported the exact same crime.
Two weeks later, the CVS on East 23rd Street in Independence was hit, and 28 tanks were stolen from that location.
Cops shouldn’t have arrested them. Have the FBI (mental giants, not) monitor everywhere they go and who they see. Track the phones. Pull up their NSA file and use the NSA for what it was intended. Force ICE and Homeland to vet them for real this time and everyone they have contact with.
Yeah, that’ll never happen.

Telemarketers. Buy phones and use first one in area code of people you are selling to or scamming. Make a thousand calls over one/two day period-before the AG gets after you. Ditch phone. Collect $$.
Rinse and repeat...
I managed a telemarketing group for 10 years.
You just made me laugh out loud.
For 99% of the telemarketers we hired, if you gave them a potable cel phone they would take the phone and you would never see them again.
