"I am hereby barring Donald Trump from entering St. Petersburg until we fully understand the dangerous threat posed by all Trumps," St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman tweeted Monday.
The (apparently) facetious tweet was followed Tuesday by an apparently serious pronouncement from Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter (D), who said he'd like to ban Trump from the city.

Hope the voters of St. Petersburg take note...
By just doing a few tweets, Trump generates more media buzz than he could have gotten with $20 million worth of ad buys.
Sheer genius.
hey mayor can’t ban anyone.
But Trump could ban the mayor from entering any Trump property.
Don’t bring a sex toy to a gunfight.
Nutter presides over a craphole and he wants to ban Trump?
Mentally ill Mayor
I bet Trump has another rally down here in Central Florida. He’ll draw a huge crowd again.
BTW, are these bans legal?
I’m sure Trump is devastated.
My texts with a friend:
Friend: Nutter wants to ban Trump from the city.
Me: Makes sense, they let in illegal immigrants.
Friend: The world is upside down.
Me: Go Trump!
So he can see a reason to ban somebody?
You mean the ones that elected the Mayor?
how stupid can they get. Free country at least for awhile, the mayor can’t ban him. Stupidity knows no end.
Hope he has that city on his list for rallies. Let the fun begin.
I didn’t know that.
THANKS!
The voters of St. Petersburg who wish to hear Trump may have to take it to a neighboring city. Oh well, the loss is to small business owners of St. Petersburg who probably would love Trump rally attendees to spend money in their place of establishment. But the mayor of St. Pete just doesn’t want the citizens to hear Trumps message. Its for their own good tho so....
Trump should buy the biggest building in downtown St. Pete and turn it into a strip joint.
Guess We won’t be checking out St. Pete’s as we contemplate retirement.
Must be a lotta Massholes there to vote for this Turd.
Love to see a news leak that a Trump Tower is being planned for St. Pete - I’d be curious to see which would evaporate faster - the supposed ban or the mayor.
The same ones that apparently "welcome" Muslim immigrants:
A St. Petersburg convenience store clerk has been convicted of participating in a food stamp fraud scheme that cost the federal government an estimated $350,000.
Isam Nasser, 30, of St. Petersburg, was found guilty by jury of conspiracy to defraud the government and commit wire fraud, five counts of wire fraud, and five counts of food stamp fraud
