Again, when it comes to federal acts, there’s only one question you have to ask: IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL?
Trump said yesterday he would allow American-citizen Muslims back into the country unless they had aided and abetted the enemy in which case they committed constitutional treason and would not be allowed back.
The Constitution does not require the feds to allow immigration of foreign citizens but DOES require the feds to REPEL INVASIONS (Art I, Sec 8, Cl 15).
The constitutional issue is not on Trump but on Obama who not only is trying to prevent repelling this invasion of Muslims and Syrians, but aiding and abetting our enemies, especially Iran. These are are constitutional acts of treason (Art III, Sec 3, cl 1) and impeachable offenses (Art II, Sec 4).
So Trump is proposing the right thing while Obama and Congress continue to commit treason without punity.
