Islamic immigration cannot be "screened". Because much, perhaps most, of Muslims' terror is actually committed by the second Western-born generation. The recent atrocities in Europe had significant participation from Europe-born Muslims. The Garland Texas attackers were all 3 born in the USA.

How do we "screen" generations not yet born?
