Do you remember the international poll (including USA muslims) of Muslims in favor of shariah?
Most non-Muslim Americans, I would suspect, do not really know what sharia means (and how completely antithetical sharia is to US laws and constitution) -— or what enormous percentage of non-jihadi Muslims favor sharia law.
That is the word (and statistics)-—sharia-— imo, our conservative leaders need to be explaining and using.

Unless I missed other ones, this is the only “finger’ I saw.
I don’t think it was the shahada finger, but I should add that throughout the speech, the fingers that were really doing overtime were his thumbs.
