.....”That was a seriously moving montage.”.....
It wasn’t easy to pull together...lots of emotions flooded back from that day as well as anger when Obama refused to call it what it was....I remember that day well....additionally the American Muslim soldier that opened fire on our troops at the camp in Iraq .
I will not give them an inch...not one!
....From Oval office in Michelle's "New" White House....
Less the 1/2 Hour later the couple stroll down the aisle in full party regalia to Honor 'Hollywood' for their service....
.....Obama announces his arrival.... I am Here Folks!
..."Let the Celebration Begin!....
I remember tuning in to hear obama's statement....and he gave a cheery "shout out"--his words!-- to some Indian group. I thought the TV network must have accidentally started running an old clip from some other press conference. But no...he suddenly turned somber and started talking about the shootings. I was DISGUSTED! Our schools had been on lock down for hours because we'd been warned of a possible second shooter heading our way (I was only able to go home at my usual time because I'd been in a meeting in an administrative building, rather than on campus), kids couldn't reach their parents, parents couldn't get off post to pick up their kids for many hours, people were injured and DEAD, for crying out loud...and there was obozo yukking it up and giving shout outs. What a horrendous slap in the face to the victims, to Ft. Hood and to the American people. I've never, EVER felt as much contempt for that man as I did in that one moment.
My blood STILL boils thinking about it right now.
