Baltimore police arrested a man Friday after conducting an investigation on illegal guns on the streets.
According to police, the investigation led them to a home in the 3200 block of Howard Park Avenue.
Authorities arrested Troy Green, 44, and seized a sub machine gun, a loaded handgun and a large quantity of ammunition.

TOTAL B.S. AS USUAL.
This is NOT a subgun. It has the two-position fire control switch: F (semiauto) and S (safe). I copied the photo and zoomed in. I used to own one of these so I know exactly what to look for. LIES, AGAIN.
Damn, not ONCE does the press tell the truth.
NOT ONCE.

See my message. I owned one up until about 2002.

Hey man, he’s African-American! Leave him alone!
It’s just lack of jobs, climate change and white privilege that forced him to attain this weapon!
To: joethedrummer
You forgot some sort of micro aggression.

I remain unconvinced that’s a fully automatic weapon.

Heck, if I were walking the streets of Baltimore I’d be carrying anything I could lay hands on.

It’s an Uzi. With a barrel extender and what appears to be a silencer.

Semiauto Uzi. Like every other semiauto out there. Not sure about the barrel device, it could be a ‘can’ (silencer) but with the fact this is semi, I’d wager it’s a simple ugly barrel shroud.

It’s an Uzi. Either a full auto model but more likely a semiauto model (possibly converted to full auto) with some sort of suppressor (silencer)

I have confirmed that IT IS NOT. See my post above, where I explain I zoomed the pic.

UZI, I think, in semi-auto non-SBR form, with a folding stock.
It may be illegal in MD; they have some really retarded gun laws.

Didn’t know that Uzi made non select fire weapons.
Thanks.

It is not full auto. I zoomed the photo. I am a former Uzi owner so I know exactly where to look. It has the 2 position selector, not the 3 position one (for full auto).

Is the “silencer” bogus? (I assume so ...)

They did. They were imported from about 1986 to about 1993 or so. I got my hands on one for about 800, they are 2500 now (for IMI and the other quality brand, forget the name). Mine was IMI.

Had I owned anything like that, it would have likely been lost in the boating accident.
