In the wake of the attack by Islamist terrorists - jihadis as they call themselves - on the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California demonstrated once again the existential threat Obama's open borders policy holds for America and the idea of constitutional liberty.
But as Senator Jeff Sessions pointed out in comments emailed to CHQ and a news release posted earlier this week, unless GOP leaders in Congress—the party controls both chambers, the House and the Senate—do Sen. Jeff Sessionssomething to pull back on Obama's "blank checks" for potentially-ISIS-connected Syrian refugees and other potential terrorists, there's no way to stop Obama from bringing them in.
"Under a provision in the Immigration and Nationality Act, there is no statutory limit on the number of refugees the President may bring into America any given year. There just isn't. However, the overwhelming power Congress has over the executive branch is to exercise its proper and constitutional role controlling the purse—the people's money. That is just fundamental but is not being exercised enough," his Senate Immigration and the National Interest subcommittee staff explained to CHQ.
And Senator Sessions is absolutely right. Under Article 1 of the Constitution all legislative power is invested in Congress. Moreover, under Article 1, Congress controls the purse and immigration and naturalization - they have as Senator Sessions so correctly stated it, "the overwhelming power" to rein-in Obama, if the establishment Republican congressional leadership will only use it.
And more to the threat of the California jihadi attack, Senator Sessions presciently raised concerns about Muslim immigration to the United States, saying he's worried about the lack of enough law enforcement resources to ensure that they're not terrorists.
Altogether, we can expect to issue nearly 700,000 green cards - or lifetime residency cards - to migrants from Muslim nations over the next five years (as we did over the last five years). Terror groups have demonstrated that they will recruit from among this inflow.
We have already identified nearly 30 foreign-born individuals charged or convicted of terrorism offenses in the last year - investigations which required the deployment of vast manpower, financial and legal resources.
Sessions warns that unless GOP leaders in Congress—the party controls both chambers, the House and the Senate—do something to pull back on Obama's "blank checks" for potentially-ISIS-connected Syrian refugees and other potential terrorists, there's no way to stop Obama from bringing them in.
General Michael Flynn, recently retired Direct of the Defense Intelligence Agency made this incisive observation in an interview with the German magazine Spiegel Online, which we quoted in our article "It Only Takes One: Why We Must Stop Importing Jihad Through Muslim Immigration:" Instead of asking ourselves why the phenomenon of terror occurred, we were looking for locations. This is a major lesson we must learn in order not to make the same mistakes again."

And as long as mass legal (and illegal) immigration from Muslim countries continues unabated we are losing that war.
We have 9 days to stop the funding of Obama's priorities; it is time to tell Republicans in Congress that we demand an end to the "show votes" and that instead of giving Obama a blank check for the final year of his administration they exercise the power the Constitution gave them to stand as a check against Obama's dangerous policies and unconstitutional actions.

Congress needs to pass two laws;
One is the definition of islam (submit or submission) is an enemy politic and it can exist only as a heavily and frequently taxed entity

The Republicans in Congress have control and are and will be responsible for whatever happens. If they okay the Obama agenda, the blood will on on their heads.
Either way, it's clear that the "no credible" assurance was meant to mollify and not to provide any reliable information. The follow-on should be to ask why anybody should heed any administration assurance in safety, given that they either were blind or willfully ignored any warning regarding the latest attack.
This president and administration are treasonous.
I could make a case that they have provided aid and comfort to our enemies.
