How about if Fox News uses the following as their rationale for firing him: He’s stupid AND he stinks.
Would that be ok Jerry? No? That’s not a good enough reason to fire you, but yet it’s a good enough reason to throw out one of the first 10 amendments to our Constitution?

He needs to be fired over this remark. Can you imagine a “journalist” on a cable network calling the 13th amendment “stupid”?
EVERY amendment is important, by virtue of its presence in the Constitution.
Amendments can be THOUGHTFULLY criticized, but we need not start with the 2nd. The founders were not stupid men.
