These guys came in shooting at everyone. They didn’t go floor to floor, said nothing as far as reports go, and got out well before the Leos showed. This was planned down to the second. These guys are across the border drinking margaritas and spending their bucks. Their job is done. Now the feds and Leos have to watch for the other shoe. Think some real life version of Die Hard.
