Suspect is splattered dead in the street. Blood everywhere. Was driving BLACK SUV.
I thought I saw on Fox News what looked like someone lying across the street from the stopped SUV in a puddle of blood, but they quickly moved off of it. But just now as I was typing the scanner says there is one down in the vehicle AND one in the street. So that probably is one of the perps. A cop is also down. Hit by ricochet.
