If you read his immigration policy, he says that those who have broken other laws and those on public assistance have to be deported first.

I read Ted's immigration paper. His position on deportation of illegals wasn't all that cut and dried to me.

Perhaps I didn't read carefully enough, but why couldn't Ted have been clearer in this interview, if that's truly his position?

If he can't back up his own plan in his public statements, perhaps they're just words on a piece of paper, signifying nothing.
