Sunday on ABCâs âThis Week,â Republican presidential candidate Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said his rival Donald Trump will not be the nominee because â80 percent of Republicans donât support him.â
Kasich said, âItâs about whether we want to have a leader who unifies the country. Donald Trump has criticized and insulted women, his Hispanics, Muslims, reporters.â
Guest host Martha Raddatz asked, âDo believe what Donald Trump is saying that he didnât know he was insulted the reporter?â
Kasich said, âHe has insulted other reporters this one he absolutely mocked who was disabled. Martha, youâre been offend by him I think. Weâre all are. We need a leader who brings us together not a leader thatâs separating us from one group to another.â

Zero percent of everybody believes Kasich about anything. That’s why he is out of the race.

Kasich should run against Hillary. He’d have a better chance of winning the democratic nomination.

The implied ellipsis to that statement is, “but they support me”. How many people will believe that? And this man will again waste time at the next debate.

I’m not looking for someone to “bring us together,” “reach across the aisle,” blah blah blah.
I’m looking for someone who will expose, ridicule, stymie, block, frustrate, and defeat the Commies in our government, the universities, the churches, etc.

Kasich is like that upper-west side NY American film critic,
Pauline Kael, who when George McGovern was trounced by Nixon in the 1972 election, was quoted as saying "How could Nixon have won? Nobody I know voted for him".

80% is an exaggeration, but I do think it is a high number. My relatives will not ever vote for the Donald. They say they will sit out the election because they cannot and will not vote for Hillary either. The GOP is in serious trouble with such a divisive nomination process this year. It ought to be a slam dunk, but if this continues, the Democrats will win, and will forever change to Supreme Court, and all its decision including massive gun control. We have to grow up. Do I sound like Barry Goldwater? But it's true. I wish Donald Trump would quit his bragging and his bombastic rhetoric. He is smart and understands what is needed, but his mouth is putting the entire election in jeopardy.
