What time did you get there? I didn't get there till 11:15 so I knew already that I'd be outside in the overflow and was cool with that.

While I was waiting in line, a shiny black limo pulls into Robarts Arena and people were speculating if it was Trump and I didn't know at the time he was coming in on a helicopter. Who was in the limo? His son Eric or did he also come in the helicopter?

Had a great time soaking up the rays outside on a beautiful November day in Sarasota watching with awe in seeing so many GOOD people that care about our country.

Towards the end of the day, when everyone was anxiously awaiting Trump to appear for the second time outside, there was this dope with a picture of Jesus and it had Trumps face on it and it said "Bigger than God" and I was discussing that with another person I was next to and sure enough a reporter spots him and says, "Hey Jesus guy, come here!" Then the media vultures start flashing pictures of the guy and his sign.

I was telling the guy next to me that the media will probably try to use that image to create a false narrative and conclude this guy is a delusional trump supporter,, when he is a libtard idiot. Still waiting to see other local medias pictures to see if they bothered to give this dope his 2 minutes of fame.

All in all one of the best rally's I've ever been to and I'm glad I decided to go, as I went alone and seeing the traffic I was having second thoughts, but glad I just did it!

I would have still been in the line when you were, and I saw the limo too. I’m pretty sure Eric got in the helicopter and flew off with Trump at the end, so I doubt he came in the limo, though it’s possible. Perhaps Trump’s paid FL campaign workers rented it for a couple of hours?

It’s too bad you didn’t get inside the auditorium, because the atmosphere inside was super charged. It was like a college football game with chanting, singing, shouting, booing, cheering, pushing, eating, and general happiness and mayhem. I’ve never been to a rally like it.

I had to laugh when I heard the crowd inside chant, "na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye!" when they kicked a second person out.

Who was the second person they got rid of? I saw one clip of the first person who was a woman wearing purple that was shouting something repetetively, then Trump said to her to move along and you can go faster than that....

It was a great rally! We were fortunate to arrive at 10AM and were able to park and get inside (and seated in the bleachers) within about 45 minutes.

Interesting thing was that the security screening was a combination of the Secret Service and the TSA (I had never seen a TSA agent outside an airport before, and it was a bit off-putting to me).

I think that he had a lot of energy and spirit. Before the inside rally began, they patched in the PA from where he was addressing people outside of the arena. It was an odd phenomenon--hearing his voice over the PA, obviously talking in realtime to the people outside, but seeing the still empty podium. I don't think that it was an exaggeration to say that that disconnected voice literally FILLED the whole arena!!

The crowd was very much ALIVE and in high spirit! Everyone being very friendly and sociable with others around them, kind of like members of a fraternal society.

I kept thinking as we were filing out with the crowds--these are not a bunch of "window shoppers" sampling many candidates, these are committed VOTERS!! People from all walks of life that are simply fed up and not going to take it anymore.

Thousands of people walking toward the helicopter to listen to his final words to the outside group (after the inside rally)... (I got close enough to him in the autographing signing crowd after the inside speech to hear him saying: "Come outside.. come to the helicopter... we will talk more outside...") others gathered in numerous places along the fences just milling about, chatting, perhaps hoping to catch a glimpse of Mr. Trump... If I had my camera I would have stopped to capture an image of an older couple, on the way to the parking area, one of them with a walker, they stopped and waited along the chain link fence, waiting to watch the Trump copter arise in the distance... And, we were in the parking lot waiting to leave when the Trump copter took flight... almost everyone in out area of the lot jumped out of our cars to watch its ascent!

To me, these crowds are unlike any I've experienced at political rallies... this is a movement... these are COMMITTED supporters... and none of them are going to be dissuaded by the continual tinny attacks from the gopE and the media.

I encourage everyone to get out to rally when one is held withing driving distance of your home, you will not regret one minute of travel or line waiting. You will not come away unsatisfied.

Thank you SO much for your post !

He's right...WE ARE A MOVEMENT and THIS IS NOT ABOUT HIM....THIS IS ALL ABOUT US and I really DO believe him, when he tells the crowd that he "loves" them ! :-)

Trump LOVES this once great nation and most of us too.

I’m pretty sure there was just one shouting protestor inside. The entire lengthy commotion seemed to be coming from one single place on the right side toward the front. They just took far too long to remove her from the auditorium. I guess after all that bad publicity from the Alabama rally, they are being gentler with protestors now. I believe she was shouting “black lives matter.” The crowd was, of course, trying to drown out her incessant yelling.

You are both very welcome, I am glad that it gave you a feel for the event. If he can somehow get past the long knives of the gopE and secure the nomination, I believe that he will win the General Election in a landslide!

That's what makes FR a great site; we have eyes and ears everywhere ! :-)

Yes, if he wins the nomination ( GOD willing and we all work to make it so ! ) he shall win the election; even with massive lefty voter fraud.
