The mayor and DA calling this a “terrible tragedy”- looks like a heinous crime to me.

Cops watched cameras inside clinic- and they convinced him to surrender. They know who this is but won’t release it.
So far we have no definite information about fatalities, and he surrendered. Could have been a lot worse.

I think they just passed that huge gun law last voting cycle where sheriffs sent letters to gov saying not going to enforce?
