Looks like it's advertised as the Highline Cafe and Saloon in Hartsel, according to a quick search. People needing more info might try Bayou Salado there. It's best visited in person, though. They won't be talkative on the phone but are very sociable in person.

Read on another website that SC neighbors said he hid food in the woods and went skinny-dipping. No eye contact and little social interaction. Waiting for more info from the Colorado Springs police- but not the idiot mayor.
