Exactly, this is all coming together. He previously lived in North Carolina close to the family in the South Carolina obit and last lived in Hartsel, Colorado that matches the voting record. This info FReepers dug up appears to be correct.

I do think it’s the same guy in the obit. No other RLD that I can find in SC that would/could be around the same age. He had 11 yrs to move to Colorado since his father died.
Maybe he’s trangendered, can’t imagine how the media would react to that one
