Ted is the smart people’s choice. But unfortunately, we need a majority.You are correct, Ted Cruz is the smart peoples' choice. And there are a lot of stupid people around. If conservatives would stop supporting liberal Donald Trump and support conservative Ted Cruz he would have a majority.
