Well, Putin is saying that he will now be even more cooperative with the West. That is a good sign.

1. Up to the point of the Russian airliner going down, Russia was not cooperating in going after ISIS, only attacking anti Assad targets.
2. RT reports regarding the shared flight routes are incorrect. Russia gave no flight info stating they would violate Turkish airspace, which they did. RT is as reliable as Cold War Pravda and Tass. They report Putins line of BS or they get poisoned.
