Donald Trump, leading Republican candidate for president, took his spat with the New York Times to the next level, doubling down on his denial of mocking a handicapped reporter and then demanding the newspaper apologize for accusing him of doing so.
In tweets sent out Thanksgiving Day, Trump said once again he didn't poke fun of Serge Kovaleski, a New York Times journalist who suffers from arthrogryposis, a congenital condition that restricts the movements of his arms.
His campaign first opened with this clarification: "Donald J. Trump today demanded an apology fro the failing New York Times which accused him (during a major speech before 10,000 people in Myrtle Beach, SC) of mocking a reporter's physical disability when in fact, Mr. Trump does not know anything about the reporter or anything about what the reporter looks like. He was merely mocking the fact that the reporter was trying to pull away from a story that he wrote 14 years ago."

I gotta admit I donât think I could take 8 years of this crap with Trump and the media and the back and forth - it is exhausting to listen too.

Oh hell yeah; especially after we’ve had 8 years of total peace and harmony in our nation, and our souls, with Barack Obama.
No, that’s what *I* say. :)
Suggestion: Perhaps watching Dear Leader on U-tubes will soothe the edges Trump creates...just a thought...
See my Post #18.
I certainly hope not the NYT's falls into an abyss...
Millions of libtards will no longer know what to bitch about daily...they will walk around NYC mumbling incoherent rambling...
O' wait, probably not much difference
BTW, under what laws can Trump sue the NYT's for slander...?
Well, you are all right. I wish the parties would take a step back and just focus on the policy but I can see this will never happen with either Cruz, Rubio or Trump.
...or buy them.
Would she support The Wall?
I like it at the media knows with Trump they mean almost zilch. They are doing their best to dig up anything that will stop him. We know this clown was never on TV with his disabilities, and; his BS about covering Trump does not mean he ever met Trump. I have never seen the guy on TV period. Has anyone ever seen the disabled one before the last few days?
Love how conservatives go wobbly after what? 3 months of fighting off the media. This is a long war. If you want peace, vote for Hillary. But that peace comes with a very big price tag.
It’ll be worth listening to Rush on Monday. Deja vu all over again for him.
Just watched the Trump video again and in no way is that an imitation of a crippled person. What is happening is that people are isolating a second of time in which his right arm comes up to chest level and then freezing it. But the video shows both hands flying around in comic fluster and embarrassment.
Brit Hume who is pushing this should be ashamed of himself.
I’d be willing to give Trump 2 yr. at the helm.
They also are trying to deny the fact that Muslims in New Jersey were celebrating when the twin towers went down - when in fact, they were. The Times just didn't want to report it.
Had they searched on the Internet, they would have found the story; but they are a propaganda outfit with an agenda, not a news agency.
“Gov. Susana Martinez of NM for VP”
Well at lest Trump fights back. You have to fight back.
Media sniping and propaganda is endless, but when one candidate fights back its the candidates fault. Amazing!
Americans are way to sanitized.
Iâm hoping heâll find 50 ways to sue them into the abyss for their slander

Law suit won’t happen, imo. But Trump knows how to use these events/happens
to produce media exposure which is hard to get otherwise.
The United States of the Offended.
What's Pink Floyd have to do with being the VP?
Serge has probably made fun of Donald’s hair at some point in his reporting.
But the interesting thing is will he do it anyway? Just the threat will have their panties in a wad and they will be scrambling to not have any of it to go forward. The other thing is he is not an elected official, yet, and is still a private citizen.
