Nice Bush tidbit....although I don't think this matches in depravity the Clintons bilking taxpayers to the tune of billions to feather THEIR nest. Read on.

The Clinton looting and pillaging the US govt has actually worked for the last 40 years. Now theyve been caught red-handed, running a financial scam in dirt-poor Columbia, with a company they created out of thin air.

This is NOT a charity, but rather a financial institution---Fondo Accesso is a money scheme at best....but it is money-laundering, tax evasion scam at its worst. (more in a later post on this angle)

The Clintons operation in Columbia calims to be seeded w/ over $20 Million, and was registered in corrupt Colombia as a 'simplified stock corporation,' which Colombian legal experts said prevents it from doing business as a private-equity fund.

The Columbian scheme was formed in 2010 by ex-pres Bill, Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, and Canadian mining bigwig Frank Giustra (Giustra orchestrated the sale of US uranium assets to Russia).

ROTFLOL. How ludicrous that these Big Money Boys are involved with a "CHARITY"??

============================================

BACKSTORY The Canadian money laundering angle came about while ex-pres Bill was dodging the draft during the Vietnam War.....hanging out in Canada.

Ever the opportunist, ex-pres Bill discovered that Canada has strict privacy laws, which allowed the Clinton Foundation to accept money laundered through their Canadian operation, with little or no transparency about the actual donors. Read on.

==============================================

All of the Clinton Foundation donors have faced intense media scrutiny, particularly Canada-based mining mogul Frank Giustra; Giustra is a mega Clinton Foundation donor and personal friend of Bill Clinton, and was scrutinized for business deals that critics said were linked to his donations to the charity.

Giustra is a member of Mr. Clintons inner circle, joining him on global trips and lending Clinton the use of Giustras private MD-87 jet.

Giustra even received tax dollars from Hillarys State Dept. Giustra is one of the Clinton Foundations largest donors. Giustra's $100 million contributions go directly:

<><> (1) to the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation, and,

<><> (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership."

The "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership" in turn sends money to the Clinton Foundation...(according to Canadian tax records researched by "Clinton Cash" author Schweizer).

KEEP IN MIND This is how politicians steal. Then-Pres Clinton set-up the phony humanitarian Columbia giveaway -- Congress okays it -- and the money keeps rolling in until eternity -- no matter who is president. Clinton's now scamming in Columbia w/ his phony foundation -- and a phony private equity fund -- sucking up the presidential-era money he had stashed there.

WIKI RESEARCH---Plan Colombia is the name of a United States military and diplomatic aid initiative conceived between 1998-99 by US President Bill Clinton, with the goals of ending the Colombian armed conflict and creating an anti-cocaine strategy.

--Snip--

In 2000, the Clinton administration committed $1.3 billion in foreign aid and up to five hundred military personnel to train local forces. An additional three hundred civilian personnel were allowed to assist in the eradication of coca. This aid was an addition to $330 million of previously approved US aid to Colombia. $818 million was earmarked for 2000, with $256 million for 2001. These appropriations for the plan made Colombia the third largest recipient of foreign aid from the United States at the time.

--SNIP--

As of 2008, the U.S. has provided nearly $1.3 billion to Colombia through Clinton Plan Colombia nonmilitary aid programs:

Alternative Development (2000-2008 cost: $500 million)

Internally Displaced Persons (2000-2008 cost: $247 million)

Demobilization and Reintegration (2000-2008 cost: $44 million)

Democracy and Human Rights (2000-2008 cost: $158 million)

Promote the Rule of Law (2000-2008 cost: $238 million)

LONG READ--REST AT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_ColombiaDid somebody say Bill Clinton and Columbis in the same sentence (snort)?
