That is pretty hard to believe. The reporter has apparently been covering Trump for decades, Trump opened his remarks by saying something like “you gotta see this guy,” and his impression just happened to pretty closely mimic the arm position and spasticity caused by the reporter’s disability. It strains credibility to suggest that it’s just a coincidence.
And I’m really not sure why Trump would be attacking the guy’s reporting anyway. Back in 2001, the guy reported that some people had been arrested after “allegedly” being seen celebrating. The reporter never reported seeing these celebrations, and never reported that the celebrations had even been corroborated. Which is all he has said recently. Trump is wrong when he says the guy has backed down from his initial reporting.
Kovaleski is a crying liebaby. :)
Welcom to Freerepublic, Dailykos seems very boring uh!!
The mealy-mouthed worm Serge wants to have it both ways.
He got in the political arena, we can rough him up just like anybody else, the whining little scumbag.
That said, this is the way Trump controls the narrative and the news cycle.
He presses the edge of the envelope but inserts just enough confusion that any number of conclusions can be drawn.
Trump knows the world is at war.
We are at war with islam, with the Left, and with the media (and that includes the NYTimes).
These are the enemies he is exposing.
Shut up, newbie. You’re so full of it.
