I think Trump was mocking the reporter because of his condition. But, of course, that's just my opinion.

That said, this is the way Trump controls the narrative and the news cycle.

He presses the edge of the envelope but inserts just enough confusion that any number of conclusions can be drawn.

Trump knows the world is at war.

We are at war with islam, with the Left, and with the media (and that includes the NYTimes).

These are the enemies he is exposing.
