Isn’t there something wrong about the President expressing a position about a legal matter that hasn’t been fully decided in the courts? It’s like he’s telling corrupted judges how to rule on the issue.

Bammy should stuff a joint back in his pie hole and sit back down, he embarasses himself daily at this stage of his reign.
Sometimes I wonder if he has much of a grip on reality at this point.

Those "charities' that serve as fedgov's immigrant pipeline have to register with the states as corporations, even non-profits. Investigate them and suspend their charters *now*, followed by cease & desist notifications served on their agents of process. Those "charities" get some heavy duty Federal Funding. They aren't the people funded entities they would have those who do donate believe.

It is illegal for the pud Obutthole to make immigration law. He should be ignored by states.

No federal funding? Have my employer to stop fed taxes for me. I will do it on my own.

Somewhere along my lifeline, I got the impression that the white feather was more insulting than the yellow feather.
It would be an interesting topic perhaps but being an open board, some college kid might wander from his safe corral and read it...
Wouldn’t want FR showing up on the nightly thingy being accused of shutting down the higher education system.

States that do not comply with the requirement would be breaking the law and could be subject to enforcement action Oh, kinda like sanctuary cities?
To: kvanbrunt2
The problem is that if a state refuses to accept Federal money for refugee resettlement, the Feds can just give that money to an NGO for the same purpose. And the Feds give the refugee legal status in the US.

States can require their local businesses to register their federal taxes in trust to the state.

The Feds have the power to bring them here. They do NOT have the power to force states to take them in. If all fifty states refuse, there is still plenty of Federal territory (DC included). Sorry, King Bammy, but your pronouncements are once again utterly incorrect.
