Because Nuge realizes that people can change their minds in 15 years. Trump’s sons are avid shooters and hunters, and Trump credits them with educating him on the nuances of gun issues. But he was never anti-gun in general.

I like much of some of what Trump says but I don't trust him at all. He's throwing lots of bones to the base but has to know he can come through on very little of it due to gov-imposed laws, unions and bureaucracy. He's a showman who loves attention.

The big donors, Wall Street and the COC do not own him. He hasn’t taken their money so he owes them no favors.
I think that DC hates him because he is not one of them. I do not think they want an outsider privy to all the treachery they have indulged in over the last 20 years or so. They are afraid he will clean house.
If this next year doesn’t become productive, I’m going to essentially find something else to do with my time and let this nation melt down.
I haven’t had any luck preventing what has taken place. I probably won’t have any better luck in the future.

I assume you can also read, since you are on FR, but have you made the effort?
I see you’ve been properly schooled about your petty ‘ban’ statement.
I guess you would prefer that Nuge support a candidate who is bought by PACs/donors, or wants increases in H-1B visas.

You might trust him if you took the time and made the effort to learn the truth of what he actually said about the ONE TIME tax on the VERY wealthy to pay off the debt but has since said the debt is too high for it to be a practical idea anymore.
