The Democratic National Committee sent an email Tuesday to supporters with advice on how to talk to their Republican relatives during the holiday season, referring them to a website aimed at debunking right-wing talking points.
“It’s that time of year — full of food and fun and celebrating with family and friends. But we here at the DNC know that occasionally all that togetherness can lead to some … let’s call them ‘lively’ conversations about politics with one Republican uncle,” reads the email, sent by Luis Miranda, DNC communications director. “So I’m officially deputizing you to serve as a Deputy Democratic Spokesperson this holiday season — and giving you special access to all the facts you could ever want.
“We’ve designed a handy website with the perfect responses to all the most common right-wing talking points spouted by your family members who may spend a little too much time tuned into factually-challenged conservative talk radio,” the email reads.

I love how they dismiss voter ID with “voter fraud is rare”. (The issue is listed under “equality” btw, I thought it would be about queers, they really do overuse that word)
STILL have NEVER heard a cogent argument against voter ID just that “it makes it harder for minorities to vote”.
“Only .00000013% of votes cast from 2002-2005 resulted in convictions or guilty pleas for voter fraud, so what problem are voter ID laws supposed to be fixing, exactly? All they do is make it harder for people of color, women, younger voters, and seniors to vote. That’s un-American.”
Who doesn’t have ID? The homeless can get it for free. Women don’t have ID?
And they are actually pushing people to antagonize relatives “I’m deputizing you to be a DNC shill this holiday season so you can jump down the throat of anyone who isn’t a hippy lib like us”.
The Titans suck is all you need to know.
I’m glad you don’t care about that cause that team over the years would have just upset you if you did.
So I hear. My parents watch the games on tv (which is odd, since they didn’t or rarely watched sports when I was growing up).
Easy solution - the Republican relatives don’t have to invite them over and feed them.....
Here is how you handle leftists on holidays.
1) Stay away from them
2) If they follow you around, in order to pester you, slug them in the mouth.
3) The other ones will leave you alone.
It’s a free meal. Of COURSE Leftists are going to show up.
Fine. Let them suck their meal through a straw : )
Therein lies the problem. They aren't smart enough to know their "answer" isn't an answer.
