‘Van Dyke has had 20 misconduct complaints made against him during the past 4-1/2 years, none of which led to any discipline from the Chicago Police Department, according to research by Craig Futterman, a University of Chicago law professor and expert on police accountability issues.’

So thug breaks into cars, won’t stop for police and shows a knife instead. Gets killed.

Family gets $5 million.

Should raising a thug entitle a family to essentially a lottery win?

Crazy.

Taxpayers should be the ones rioting.

Now, as an excuse, there’ll be millions of more in property damage and police don’t dare do anything about it as they likely have stand down orders.

Seems a lot like this guy, Constable James Forcillo. I suspect 'roid rage with this Tranna cop, since he also ran a gym. Apparently Yatim called him a CSer and suggest that the cop come and 'relieve' his 'anxiety'. The 'roids must have kicked in then, as he fired nine shots at the teen, who was then Tasered twice before being pronounced dead.

Wonder if 'roids were involved in this shooting?
