HOLLY HILL, SC (WIS) - Two Eutawville residents are facing multiple felony charges after police say their dog bit an officer during an arrest.
According to the incident report, Scott Jones, 24, and Kayla Wallace, 26, were arrested Saturday afternoon after two citizens reported a tan Cadillac with a beat-up front end almost struck the doors of the CVS on Old State Road and then ran over a curb.
The report states an officer found the vehicle and pulled it over to check on the occupants.
After pulling over the vehicle, Jones told the officer he didnât have a valid driverâs license because it was suspended. The officer said in his report he noted an open beer bottle sitting in the cup holder.
The officer stated once Wallace realized he noticed the beer bottle she picked up the bottle and placed it under her passenger seat.
The officer also stated a 2-year-old child and a pitbull were in the back seat of the vehicle.
The officer placed Jones in handcuffs until the investigation of the incident was completed. When the officer was handcuffing Jones, Wallace kept getting in and out of the vehicle. Wallace failed to comply when the officer asked her to stay in the vehicle.
The incident report went on to say that Wallace got belligerent and started to scream that the officer touched her butt and breasts. The officer then radioed for assistance.
The dog somehow exited the vehicle and started to bark while running in circles around Wallace and the officer. The report says Wallace proceeded to kick and scream at the officer. The dog then attacked the officer by biting him in the middle of his left thigh. A bystander restrained the dog.

I expected meth head type of teeth. Too bad they aren’t smiling.
A Tazer is more fun.
The cops will probably be fired for conducting an episode of “doggie profiling”. The dog must have been provoked..../s
Yes, it sounds like it was some minor miracle that the neither of the perps, nor the dog, ended up with bullet wounds.
I thought dog-bites-man was not newsworthy.
Just 20-somethings having fun.
The dog would NEVER have bitten me in the leg.....nor anyone else....EVER.
But a dog that bites a cop and survives is.
Hilarious! Worth clicking, tazer, feet on car, self head-banging...it’s all there.
The dog probably wouldn't have bit anyone if the stupid bitch didn't let it out of the car and scream like she was being attacked?
The very definition of 0bama voters
