Not a chance. Putin and Russia are not prepared to engage in a general war. Putin will make trouble and change the subject to something else which will distract everyone from a need to respond to this incident.

Putin and Russia are not prepared to engage in a general war. Which is exactly the same thing they said about Russian intervention in Syria, but yet, here we are.
