In this particular case, Russia lost the aircraft after it violated Turkey's airspace ... after Turkey had warned Russia repeatedly about these incursions since early October. If that is the case Greece should shoot down the Turkish jets that violate her airspace on a daily basis. And I would have to be inclined to think the Muslim Turks are not liars - and they are.

For one thing, I doubt Greece is even capable of bringing down a paper airplane.
Secondly, the Turkish planes aren't flying over an active war zone.
Thirdly, I'd have no problem if Greece decided to take it upon themselves to shoot down any Turkish aircraft that violate its airspace.

Shaun Walker reports more sabre-rattling in Moscow.
Writing on Twitter Alexei Pushkov, the head of the Russian parliament’s international relations committee, said: “Ankara clearly did not weigh the consequences of its hostile acts for Turkey’s interests and economy. The consequences will be very serious.”
