Who among us might think that perhaps Obama is putting them up to this?
He'll probably call it a "setback".
It did, didn’t it?
Shortly before the gulf war started I’d be woken by the low droning of aircraft I the middle of the night. Each major attack during Irag and Afganistan the same thing from midnight till dawn. Shortly after each some target got bombed. They are flying again.
This is how the Soviet Union began to lose the war in Afghanistan in the 80’s.
What goes around comes around, when two evil forces clash against each other let them have at it.
We lost helicopters in vietnam and Iraq. There were certainly planes taken out in vietnam. it’s a war and WE ARE sending ISIS equipment to take down aircraft.
There was blackhawk down also.
I dont see the incompetence in any of these events,. They are casualties of war.
At least Russia is fighting the muslims and writing this is for paris on their planes.
what are we doing except being more and more embarrassed by our leader every day.
I hope Putin sends in 300k men and kills everybody that cant recite anything from the bible!!!
Nato to hold emergency meeting over downed Russian jet
Nato is to hold an emergency session later after Turkey shot down a Russian warplane it claimed had entered its airspace.

Amen!
Turkey has been buying ISIS oil, allowing ISIS to flow into Syria and providing Artillery support in some cases.
We should tell Turkey you are on your own on this one.
Turkey clearly fired the first shot.
We still have a big AF base as Incirlik, and supposedly just moved half a dozen F-22s there.
I find it hard to believe that the pilot was warned 10 times over that short stretch of land. How long is that stretch of land and how fast was the jet traveling. One could quickly calculate that even if Russia was there for a few minutes it would’ve been out very quickly and shooting it down was not necessary. Turkey is provoking a conflict with Russia
Turkey’s military have today shot down a Russian war plane near its border with Syria after the jet violated Turkish air space.
The Russian Sukhoi Su-24 jet was shot down by Turkish F-16 fighter planes after ignoring nearly a dozen warnings, Turkish army officials said.
However, Russia’s Ministry of Defence claims the jet was in Syrian airspace, and was shot down from the ground.
Footage reportedly filmed by rebels in Syria’s Turkomen Mountains, an area which has been the cause of recent tensions between Turkey and Russia, shows local fighters cheer as they discover the body of one of the Russian pilots.
The video, posted on Twitter by a man believed to be a Syrian-Turkmen rebel soldier, shows at least a dozen men surrounding the corpse of the pilot, dressed in Russian military fatigues, and some are heard shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ - ‘God is great’.
Local rebels said the pilot, who can be seen covered in bruises and burns in the video, was already deceased when he landed, and that none of the Russian pilots had been killed by Syrian fighters.
The area is mainly populated by Turkmens - Syrians citizens, but ethnic Turks - and is the target of a current Syrian government offensive, where President Bashar al-Assad’s ground troops are supported by Russian airstrikes.......................
I don't think Russia is anyone's ally here. Russia is out for Russia's sake. Period.
Probably shot by the truck drivers of the oil convoy.
There were multiple incursions, according to the Turkish military.
Russia is Assad’s ally. Only a fool or a dupe would believe Russia is there in support of Western values, goals and sense of international accountability.
Ignant
One by one, the world is hopping on board. Iran, Turkey, Russia, China, France, Britain, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, U.S. and Israel.
Countries around the world on guard against potential terror attacks. Seems to be growing lil by lil.
As I recall, Turkey is NATO, and we are thus bound by treaty to support them in the event of an outside attack.
This could get interesting very quickly.
Uh, that would be the Russian Orthodox Bible. Your Bible, not so much.
