I like both Trump and Cruz, preferably both. Cruz took a look at the areas of the TPP bill that Sessions was concerned about and agreed that Sessions was right. He and Sessions then worked together on immigration language for the TPA bill that would have addressed those problems, but Rand Paul and another Senator blocked their amendment. That was one of the reasons that Cruz voted against TPA on the final vote. He has come out against TPP.

Even Trump acknowledges that he and Cruz agree on the issues. Cruz has not said he would legalize anybody. We’ve first got to get the border secured, get the illegals that have broken other laws out of the country, stop all social services, penalize employers hiring illegals and once the incentives are dried up, millions will self deport.
Then we deal with the rest who are here according to what the American people decide. That may be a better idea than going to the expense of deporting them and then expediting their return.

Either way, both Trump and Cruz are serious about dealing with the illegal problem and it would be great having them work together for the country.

He flip flopped on TPA after he took a beating over voting for it on social media. Just like he flip flopped on increasing H1B visas by 500%, jut like he flip flopped on letting Syrian “refugees” into the USA. Can you say flip floper?
