Think what one could do with 6 or 7 such teams in ‘big’ news markets.
After a few days, just have to pick up the phone and say there is a bomb in the tunnel/bridge, call Airports with bomb threats.
For the cost of a few burner phones ‘they’ could control the whole country in a matter of days.
