I should have just voted for Gary Johnson. My vote made no difference, but I might have felt marginally better about voting for the going-nowhere libertarian pot guy.

Because Trump committed the cardinal liberal sin of appearing racist in his introductory speech. To the irreligious left and the Beltway RINOs, who agree in lockstep with the far-left positions on all on social issues as taught by all the leading universities, anything that might or could be seen as racist is an unforgivable sin punishable by anything up to and including being burned at the stake.
