A large *AMEN* to that statement.
This, alone, tells all WTP need to know about the ‘men’ who wish to lead.

It shows a lack of compassion and value for human life. I have not yet seen Jeb questioned about Terri Schiavo. I would have expected at least somebody would bring it up unless I have missed it.
To repeat: Terri Schiavo was murdered.

You may have forgotten, but didn’t polls show that a large majority of American citizens favored Terri’s extermination. Not much sympathy for her plight

I just read this in a pro life publication, I came here to comment on it.
Was in the last couple of months someone here disagreed with me when I said that Jeb Bush was on the wrong side of the Teri Schavo case.
I remember it very well and Jeb caved absolutely, so I agree with this statement
Operation Rescue President Troy Newman said that Carson’s statement, and then-Florida Governor Jeb Bush’s last-minute actions, disqualified both men from becoming president.

Jeb Bush issued the appeal at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2005. Gov. Bush ordered the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to enter the Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park and reinsert her feeding tube at that time. But when city police and county sheriff's officials stood their ground, he reversed himself. ¡Jeb! actually was for reinserting the feeding tube, before he was against it...
"Makes sense to me!"

Multiple threads on “We must support the execution of Terri Schiavo because ...” with both old and new murderous supporters popping up.
Oddly enough they all seem to like Jeb Bush and/or Ben Carson, but really will vote for whomever the Democrat candidate is.
Trial balloons?
Hey Jeb, you have zero chance of winning any elective office, ever again.
And you can take your friends Marco and Ben with you.
All of you can go hang out with Charlie Crist!
If nothing else, you could make some money on a youtube parody regarding fakes and tans...LOL!

I think some people believe nutrition and hydration are technologically advanced medical procedures. They get so confused by the big words, they don’t realize it’s just food and water.

I remember it very well and Jeb caved absolutely, so I agree with this statement Exactly. Jeb had both the constitutional authority AND duty to protect Terri, but he washed his hands of it. Saying that Jeb did everything in his power to save Terri would be like saying that Pilate tried to save Jesus.

Those misinformed people mostly thought she was in a coma or brain dead. The media held all the cards and refused to tell the truth. Take a poll of the people you know around you, in your workplace or neighborhood. I bet most of them thought she was in a coma. Most people I knew thought that until I set them straight.

How does a "brain dead" person or even a person in a "vegetative state" experience "euphoria"? They said that Terri's method of execution was "euphoric," but that would be IMPOSSIBLE for a person to experience without cognitive abilities.

Yes, of course! They had to spew their lies to counter that Terri was actually in great and horrible pain, moaning loudly.
To: FamiliarFace
Here are Terri's murderer's own words on the night before she died:
"That evening the hospice ordered pizza and salad for us and the police, and for several hours, Brian [Schiavo], Debbie [Bushnell], George [Felos] and I camped in the room with Terri whose breathing was becoming more labored. George and Brian pulled some chairs together and kind of put their feet up, and we waited."
(Terri: The Truth, pg. 314)
And don't forget that Terri was given morphine throughout the execution which would be unnecessary for someone who wasn't in pain.

Yea, the media called it often “coma-like”, and the American people were too uninformed to know. Still are

An INNOCENT AMERICAN was murdered by judicial order without due process of law, that's an important event.
Agreed. My wife is a neurologist who watched the tapes. She was horrified by what happened. I still have not gotten over it. This only added to my cold anger.
Terri showed very purposeful behavior with her family. They would have provided a loving home. Where was the issue? The issue was indeed death panels and the fulfillment of animist deconstruction.
Jeb could have stopped it and I'm damn sure Carson should have known better.
Neither should ever hold public office.
