After weeks of accusing Moscow of trying to prop up Syrian President Bashar Assad by bombing U.S.-backed rebels, Obama changed his tune on Wednesday, praising Putin as a "constructive partner" in a nascent diplomatic effort to resolve Syria's civil war. Putin, too, has issued conciliatory signals, softening his tone about the U.S. and calling for the U.S. and Russia to "stand together" against the extremist threat.
Speaking on the sidelines of a summit in the Philippines, Obama even raised the prospect of military coordination with Russia — a possibility that has seemed remote ever since the U.S. cut off military ties last year over Moscow's actions in Ukraine.

How many members of ISIS have left to infiltrate other countries? The Alliance will not be of much use there.
Putin doesn't trust anyone. But, I'm sure he especially doesn't trust Obama. I think it likely that he knows what is in some of those records Obama was so eager to seal.
I do not know what this doctrinaire demand for the removal of Bashar al-Assad came from, except at the behest of the Muslim Brotherhood, which had just had a successful run at overturning somewhat secular governments in Egypt, Libya and Yemen. The Muslim Brotherhood has had an inordinate degree of influence on the Current Regime, and this attempt to install a fundamentalist Islamic theocracy in these countries was part of a larger scheme to destabilize the Middle East, shutting down the amount of petroleum delivered to the world, because, doncha know, the burning of hydrocarbons and the production of carbon dioxide is the source of all the ills of the world.
We have it on good authority that “climate change” is the greatest threat facing mankind and earth as a whole.

Odumbo has been taking a lot of heat around the world for his lack of fortitude towards defeating ISIS. He has shown himself to be a coward and his ego is suffering big time.
Now that Russia is doing what America should have done long ago, its causing odumbo to try and find a tad of respect, anywhere but alas, its never going to happen.

translation: Obama is so far out on a limb the only thing that can save the Democrat Party is if Putin destroys ISIS for him.
Putin would be crazy to trust 0bama. I am glad he doesn't.
