The agency also says it will not make any changes to the plan despite Gov. Scott's push to stop 425 Syrian refugees from being relocated to Florida. Wonderful.

A refugee? A refugee? Does that mean just one? A "family", which probably means one 24-year old male and 300 of his twin brothers.
