All states, other than CA & NY (hopeless), should secede.

How many states so far?
38 is the magic number. If we had 38 states, they can go tell the federal government bye-bye.
The ultimate power and authority resides in that number of states to do anything in this country, including disbanding Congress, firing the President, and removing the Supreme Court.
Obama may have given us the best deployment of States Rights we have witnessed in generations. The juggernaut may have awakened from slumber.

More states joining the campaign to bring this insanity to a halt. Unless all fifty states join this campaign, it's useless. As long as they are re-settled in one state, there is not a thing stopping them from moving about the country.
Far easier to stop it federally. Congress has the power to set rules re: immigration (including the admission of refugees) - call your Senators/Reps, and make 'em do it!
