Jim, my understanding, under our laws, government cannot shut down a Mosque unless there is PROOF they are breaking our laws. If government can willy nilly shut down a Mosque, they can shut down any church, any business, Free Republic, or any other organization. Our constitutional freedoms do not allow government to seize our property and effects unless there is probable cause and a warrant issued. Therefore, shutting down a Mosque because it is a Mosque will not happen.
Article [IV] (Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure)
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Article [V] (Amendment 5 - Rights of Persons)

Article [VI] (Amendment 6 - Rights of Accused in Criminal Prosecutions)
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
Obama’s working full time to shut down our churches through the homosexual agenda, tax policy, etc. Won’t be long until preachers are arrested for preaching the bible. The bible itself declared hate material. Bakers, flower shops, etc, are already being prosecuted. Christians jailed and fined into bankruptcy. Islam has declared war on us and the liberals have signed on as our enemy. We’re not going to roll over for it.
