Impossible to enforce without all guns in the US being registered.
“If you like your unregistered guns, you can keep your unregistered guns.”
Negotiations are over.
There needs to be zero percent compliance with registration and confiscation attempts by the police and the government at any level.
A bridge too far?
Still not getting it?
They’re not coming for your guns.
They’ll ensure you can’t buy, trade, feed, fix, or sell - at least not without significant risk of incarceration.
They’re looking to cripple or cut the supply chain.
They’re looking to curb the ownership rate.
They’re looking to eliminate ownership by attrition.
With what’s going on in this world, and an inept administration in D.C., grabbing guns would not be a good idea. The bulk of Americans are not in the mood for that.
I’ll take “Republicans ae such wimps that they’re sitting in the corner sobbing that there’s nothing they can do” for $1000, Alex.
The Résistance is prepared.
“President Obama can use executive action to go around Congress and expand background checks to cover private gun sales.”
Isn’t that illegal?
So...there are more background checks and wait times for guns than there are for “refugees” coming in from the Middle East????????????
And we wonder why these people think we’re weak and have no respect for us????????
I thought buying hundreds of millions of guns and billions of rounds of ammo over the past 15 years was the message!
The Regime should lay off its own citizens and maybe focus its energy on recovering military weapons just stollen from an armory near Worchester MA. ISIS gearing up for a hit?
This is never going to happen, because BATF doesn’t want it.
The problem with setting a fixed threshold is that BATF would have to abide by it, and they very much prefer to be able to make things you as they go along.
Fixed standards are the last thing they want.
I think they’re going to try to ban cash sales for guns and ammo so that they can track all sales via CCs and checks.
In WI, they’re trying to ban cash sales for certain medical treatments, and it’s the rinos that are behind it.
What am I to think of a government that doesn’t trust the people who voted for it, but completely trusts people from nations who openly say they want to kill/destroy us???????

Sometimes I just sit back and think “Lets elect Hillary, let her get 70 Senators like DiFi and 360 House members that are the same. Let them pass all the gun control they want and then ask them ‘Who in the hell is going to enforce your new laws?’”
I am 60, tired of this crap and wonder if we need another Civil War/Revolution now? If it is going to happen, I want in on it so my daughter doesn’t have to fight it later. Time to buy rope, oil and pitch forks to go with our guns and ammo.
I am not advocating anything, just wondering.
Guess my cynical mood is coming out tonight.
They don’t care. The goal is to make gun owners criminals, not to get rid of guns.
“Did you really think that we want those laws to be observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against - then you’ll know that this is not the age for beautiful gestures. We’re after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you’d better get wise to it. There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now, that’s the system, Mr. Rearden, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”-—Atlas Shrugged
