As recently as 2008, the Democratic Party presented 26 debates, which we mainly remember as the venues that presented Barack Obama with the opportunity to promise that he, unlike Hillary Clinton, would never support anything as preposterous as "the individual mandate," a k a fining people who don't have health insurance.
Now the Democratic National Committee is led by Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was the chair of Hillary's 2008 campaign. Any doubts about which candidate she wants to win this time? She declared that any candidates that participated in debates outside of the tightly controlled DNC framework would be punished. Indeed, even someone who was caught questioning Wasserman Schultz's wisdom was punished: DNC vice chair Tulsi Gabbard, a Hawaii congresswoman, said that after she called for more debates, Wasserman Schultz's chief of staff called hers and told her she wasn't welcome at the October debate.
DNC spokesbot Holly Shulman innocently told Time, "All that was asked of Ms. Gabbard's staff was to prioritize our candidates." Make that candidate.

We’re a Constitutional Republic. Not a Democracy.
They hate democracy because they don’t want to compromise.
“What do we want?”
“We want utopia!”
“When do we want it?”
“We want it NOW!”
You can’t have their version of utopia if you have to seed any tiny element of the intensely engineered plan to logic or reason or compromise.
Ds are now owned by liberal elites who work for their own tribe and not all average Americans.

They’re Bolsheviks: what the majority wants, the majority gets - and F the rights if the minority.
Don’t confuse democracy with protecting individual rights. There’s a reason we don’t have a democracy.

Democrats are basically hard come communists and most have greed and corruption as their way of life.
They are all socialists now! Being a socialist elite means you get to force everyone to follow whatever rules you make.

They love democracy, as long it votes the way they want. To them, democracy is really the mob agreeing with their leaders so that all decisions can be made in consensus.
The Soviet Union was a democracy. It has huge voter turnouts and 99% voted “correctly”.
