Cavuto is like that. He was so snotty to Ted Cruz a few months back I was surprised.
He has MS - multiple sclerosis and I think it has turned his attitude into an underlying contempt and acridness toward anything he doesn't tend to agree with.
Even before the MS he always came off as a "smart a$$."
