Racism at University of Missouri is real, whether you believe it or not
Kansas City Star ^ | 11/12/15 | Jeneé Osterheldt

For months, I have been reading about racism there. I didn't want to write about it. I was exhausted from the never-ending flood of injustice I see as I write about women's rights, #blacklivesmatter, marriage equality and more. It hurt to dive into the dynamics at the University of Missouri, where two students scattered cotton balls outside the campus Black Culture Center a couple of years ago.

Hmmm... she’s not really DARK enough to justify that level of aggravation. In *my* humble opinion, of course. She should be giving up a third of everything her parents own to those darker and more oppressed than her.

>> Do we even know if there’s such a person as the “poop-swastika guy”?

Maybe the poop-swastika guy is actually a composite, like Obola’s girlfriends.

Many, if not most, public “hate crimes” are perpetrated by the supposed victims in a ploy for attention and as means to a political end. There are countless instances of this.

While looking into this writer I ran across this and thought it very strange...

No one lowers the bar better than the Kansas City Star
I became a complete, drooling moron for fifteen minutes, during which my managing editor tossed a beach ball back and forth with me so I wouldn't run around rubbing my poo on the wall.

Racism exists. It is real.

It is also an individual characteristic, which can be promulgated to a group only by the specific actions of members of that group.

For anyone to claim racism is evidenced by simply not being of a ‘repressed’ class is, itself, racist.

For anyone to claim that racism is evidenced by well-considered decisions in things like hiring practices based on demonstrated capabilities is, itself, racist.

For anyone to claim that ‘disparate impact’ is racist because an unintended consequence of valid policies doesn’t favor the right ‘unfavored’ (LOL) group is, itself, racist.

If anyone holds himself apart, he will be apart. Then, apparently, he will complain when attention is drawn to the fact that he holds himself apart.

True!

Perhaps it pertains to aspirin tablets. Such as: They're white. They work. To get to them, you have to pick cotton.

Quite apart from the trivial nature of this prank (two students?), the very fact that there is a "Black Culture Center" on the University of Missouri campus at all disproves the "racist" meme.

Her last name does not seem entirely black and neither does she appear to be entirely black. Perhaps she has a white father.

I have no idea, but I, your fellow racist whether I do/say/think anything or not, shall take a stab at it...

They're white, they're soft, they can easily be associated with ancient slavery (cotton), they're useful for cleaning up most messes (like white folks), they're disposable because there are so many (like white folks), there's no need to feel anything bad about abusing them, they don't stand up for themselves, and you can pretend to be offended by their mere presence.

How's that?

I'll take this one: the significance of cotton balls, in the modern context, is an admission by the white race that we should have picked our own damn cotton.

Coalitions of Marxist collectives and their psyops are real, whether you believe it or not. “Black lives matter”, “war on women”, “occupy wall street”.

Socialism Is Legal Plunder - Bastiat

What’s next, Debt U. students demanding that we pay for their indoctrination? Oh, wait -

DEFUND socialist/totalitarian collectives, foreign and domestic. DEPOPULATE socialists/totalitarians from the body politic and the universities.

The Socialists Despise Mankind

According to these writers, it is indeed fortunate that Heaven has bestowed upon certain men governors and legislators the exact opposite inclinations, not only for their own sake but also for the sake of the rest of the world! While mankind tends toward evil, the legislators yearn for good; while mankind advances toward darkness, the legislators aspire for enlightenment; while mankind is drawn toward vice, the legislators are attracted toward virtue. Since they have decided that this is the true state of affairs, they then demand the use of force in order to substitute their own inclinations for those of the human race.

Open at random any book on philosophy, politics, or history, and you will probably see how deeply rooted in our country is this idea the child of classical studies, the mother of socialism. In all of them, you will probably find this idea that mankind is merely inert matter, receiving life, organization, morality, and prosperity from the power of the state. And even worse, it will be stated that mankind tends toward degeneration, and is stopped from this downward course only by the mysterious hand of the legislator. Conventional classical thought everywhere says that behind passive society there is a concealed power called law or legislator (or called by some other terminology that designates some unnamed person or persons of undisputed influence and authority) which moves, controls, benefits, and improves mankind.

The Law and Education

You say: “There are persons who lack education,” and you turn to the law. But the law is not, in itself, a torch of learning which shines its light abroad. The law extends over a society where some persons have knowledge and others do not; where some citizens need to learn, and others can teach. In this matter of education, the law has only two alternatives: It can permit this transaction of teaching-and-learning to operate freely and without the use of force, or it can force human wills in this matter by taking from some of them enough to pay the teachers who are appointed by government to instruct others, without charge. But in this second case, the law commits legal plunder by violating liberty and property.

Hillsdale College

Liberal arts college in Hillsdale, Michigan

Hillsdale College is a co-educational, non-profit liberal arts college in Hillsdale, Michigan, United States. In its 1844 Charter, Hillsdale became the first American college to prohibit discrimination based on race, sex, or religion.

Because of the Colleges anti-slavery reputation and its role in founding the new Republican party (Professor Edmund Fairfield was a leader at the first convention), many notable speakers visited its campus during the Civil War era, including Frederick Douglass and Edward Everett, who preceded Lincoln at Gettysburg.

Hillsdales modern rise to prominence occurred in the 1970s. On the pretext that some of its students were receiving federal loans, the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare attempted to interfere with the Colleges internal affairs, including a demand that Hillsdale begin counting its students by race. Hillsdales trustees responded with two toughly worded resolutions: One, the College would continue its policy of non-discrimination. Two, with the help of God, it would resist, by all legal means, any encroachments on its independence.

Following almost a decade of litigation, the U.S. Supreme Court decided against Hillsdale in 1984. By this time, the College had announced that rather than complying with unconstitutional federal regulation, it would instruct its students that they could no longer bring federal taxpayer money to Hillsdale. Instead, the College would replace that aid with private contributions.

Hillsdale continues to carry out its original mission today, both in the classroom and nationwide, through its many outreach programs, including its monthly speech digest, Imprimis. A prayer written in the Bible that was placed inside the 1853 cornerstone of Central Hall reflects its continuing commitment: May earth be better and heaven be richer because of the life and labor of Hillsdale College.
