Yeah, confusing as all heck. Is she talking about private agencies, or public/government agencies. The excerpted bit article isn’t clear on that at all.
I will say that the big demographic in FedGov hiring right now are veterans. And has been for quite some time. So if she’s complaining about public sector/government agencies she’s being explicitly anti-vet.
Both activities consume national wealth and produce none.
It specifically mentions financial services firms (not part of the government) that are overseen by the government.
Plenty of vets are preferred minorities/”endangered species” anyway; some still use the military as a traditional path into the middle class.
She is being intentionally vague. All leftists intentionally conflate issues and topics in order to avoid the truth of the situation.
I disagree that they take jobs from qualified workers; if there is real work to be done, then the qualified worker has to be hired. Affirmative action today has degenerated into forcing companies to hire useless unproductive tokens to PRETEND to work (while the harass the real workers getting things done).
Anyone who lost a job or opportunity to an affirmative action hire wasn’t doing much (if that AA replacement can do it anyway). In my area many government jobs like police and firefighters are given to AA candidates, and in those cases either they aren’t doing any work anyway (in the former case) or someone else is doing the real work (in the latter). Haven’t you seen construction sites where white men are operating equipment and tools while a group of women and other minorities wearing hardhats simply wave flags at the traffic (often in larger numbers than necessary)?

She is correct. There needs to be more white, Christian males hired.
These firms had been loaded with white guys in the past, but I’ve noticed a disturbing trend over the past dozen years where they are being replaced by younger Asians (as far as I can see, simply as a cost-cutting measure). I always wonder what happened to those white guys (and their white female admin assistants) who were still years shy of retirement that had simply been discarded.
Diversity is a scam to get progressives in positions of power. Period.
We have seen how progressives treat conservative people of color and conservative women.
You always need a few that are held back from promotion so that there's someone who knows the job and who can correct the mistakes and omissions of the "dominant federal culture".

In previous years I wouldn’t have even noticed. Now with ‘the enlightenment ‘ that hits us at every turn I have become aware of how underrepresented white males are in the work force, particularly government jobs.
Not sure whether that idiocy is just a conclusion of the report, or whether it is also enshrined into law under Dodd-Frank (two Commies - TM).
Any calculation of supposed "underrepresentation" would have to be based on the percentages of the qualified population, not against the percentages of the entire American population.
Statistics 101-level knowledge is all that would be required to understand that. Was the report written by a high-school student or something? (That's just a rhetorical question - undoubtedly the report was written by someone who understands that quite well, but who is also a committed America-hating Marxist, and so to them, "the truth" is much less important than "The Agenda".)
If she wasn’t so taken with the sound generated by her beating gums, she’d hear nothing at all.
