Regarding automotive development, many of the collision warning systems in new cars are supplied by Mobileye, an Israeli company (my cousin-in-law is one of the founders.) Mobileye supplies GM, Volvo, Nissan, BMW, and Honda (and I believe other manufacturers as well.)
So if they don’t want to buy an Israeli product in your new car, they need to be sure to rip out the collision warning systems in the new cars.
