Who knows what USSC might do.

Constitutionally, states have rights to “repel invasions” if the Federal government won’t.

To someone like Trump, even if the USSC demands it, this is a non problem. Open up a thousand courts and get going. Probably the rest will get the message before long.

That didn't stop Andrew Jackson.

THAT IS THE KEY POINT. Trump will GET IT DONE. It may be a bit messy, with courts acting in concert with Dems, but Trump, no doubt, will consider their OPINIONS, and take them into advisement.

But the difference is that Trump WILL NOT accede to them and simply give up if they overstep, as most Republicans, even conservative Republicans, would do.

The BALANCE OF POWERS will be restored under Trump. The judges may not like it, but if the judges feel so strongly about their importance, the they can RUN FOR OFFICE.
