EXCERPT
Matthews thought that was amusing. But when he tried to articulate why, he seemed to seriously not know whether Cruz and Rubio should be classified as Hispanic, referring to them awkwardly instead as "Cuban nationals" and "Spanish surnames."
"So you're trying to insinuate that Marco Rubio, a fellow, uh, Spanish surname, I'm not sure the right word is Hispanic for them," he said. "Because they are Cuban nationals or whatever, or come from Cuba. But, uh, is he going to insinuate that he is still basically for what he calls amnesty?"

I’m glad he brought it up. Bill Richardson, former dem Hispanic candidate for president, is whiter in complexion than either Cruz or Rubio, and doesn’t have a Hispanic last name like they do. I really could use some help sorting all this out.
They are certainly NOT hispanic. Hispanic describes someone with antecedents in Spanish speaking culture who is politically socialist and subservient to the dominant social group in the society.
But he is positive Bruce Jenner is a woman! LOL
Maybe we should ask our Mulatto president.
Hilarious!
I think he meant to say they were “white” Hispanics.
Matthews is an ignorant unintelligent drunk.
And those are his finer qualities.
One must be “authentic” to be black or Hispanic...down for the shtruggle, and all that. Only liberals may decide if you make the grade.
..for the left ...any one on the right is always the majority "white male" there physical race or gender become non existent..
And white males on the left become a part of the "minority" victim group
Dey be white. Dey don’ count.
