The largest employer, with huge pension liabilities of which a funding stream IMHO is in question, no matter what Congress did or might do, and free market competitors eating their lunch, does raise a lot of questions.
With it in the Constitution that we have such a system, it doesn't preclude Congress from keeping 51% running to comply with the Founders and bidding out the remaining 49% to UPS and Fed-Ex and having a 3 way Competition IMHO.
I'd love to see those "games begin"....
