Am thinking that just the threat of sending them home might encourage some to clear up their paperwork ( those who have over stayed visa). Or return home with their bank accounts
If they’ve been here for years after overstaying their VISAs, they should be sent home. They shouldn’t be able to clear up paper-work and stay.
We have an immigration process, and end runs should not be allowed.
Do it right and don’t blame us when you don’t.
